I think the media needs to stop laying player relations issues at John Gruden's feet. This is a team problem not a coach problem. If Gruden has to go it has to be because he has not won a playoff game in five years. Name any other head coach in the NFL that has been with the same team that hasn't won a playoff game in five years. Make him accountable for his record. I don't think the personal attacks are warranted.

Listening to Fenton's "interview" with Rick Peckham this morning. Bobby, in an interview it is polite to let your guest talk at LEAST as much as you do. You answer your own questions, in an attempt to show us how much you know, before you let the subject of the interview speak. Seriously dude, your questions lasted nearly 20-30 seconds. Just ask the quick concise questions (you might have to prepare them ahead of time) and then let the guest (usually an expert) answer the question. Just ask JP, I'm sure he could give you some pointers.
