Bobbe Z
"AKA" "the man with a plan" emerged June 8, 1961 in a small Northern Michigan town. Among his first gaming experiences was sneaking underage into the local
Indian Casino financed by "overnight loans" from his fathers grocery store.
"Z" spent most of the summer of his junior year in High School arranging poker games and handicapping for local family and friends, which is still the norm today.
He learned at a very young age that "it’s only gambling if you lose".
"Z" attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan until he just couldn’t take it any more and found his way to the Caribbean. Specifically, the US Virgin Islands for what was meant to be a 3 week vacation that turned in to more than 2 years of sun and sand. Alas, there was one thing missing, very little gaming. Hell, they hardly had television ! That and too much rum sent him packing for the mainland, the good ole USA and his hometown of Traverse City. June and July were fine, but when the calendar turned to the months that end in B.E.R., he quickly realized he was much better suited for life south of the 45th parallel. "Off to Florida" Now that’s more like it ! Off loaded in Gulfport, Florida on Jan. 10, 1992, he quickly made his way to the beach, where he has remained for the past 17+ years.
Along the way the "Z" man was offered a stint with a Nationally Syndicated Sports Handicapping Service where he met the "Roundman". Their mutual interest in sports and gambling facilitated their fast friendship that lasts till this day. Together the "Boys" developed a keen sense of sports wagering and advanced gambling strategies. This brings us to present day where Bobbe "Z" and the "Roundman", will share their stories and knowledge with the gaming public and together learn how to "Beat The Line"
Chris C. AKA "The Roundman" with the square deal, was born in Brooklyn, NY on Aug. 22, 1955. He was raised on a steady diet of Yankees, Giants, Knicks and Rangers. His first gambling experience began as a little boy with the family poker games.
In his younger days, he spent many afternoons with his dad, learning to handicap horses at Belmont and Aqueduct Race Tracks.
After graduation in the mid 70's, Chris relocated to Florida where he worked in local Radio and TV.
Chris met Bobbe Z. while working for a National Sports Handicapping Service. They instantly became great friends. When the opportunity came up to do a sports gambling show, like "Beat The Line", Chris jumped at the opportunity.
