Morning Show - Big and Rich started out small and poor at WQYK

The show opens with a quick recap of last night’s games, and more stories of Peppers trip to Vegas. They also get some early calls in, and mention Lester’s no-hitter. Pepper also offers a $25 fee for anyone who will wear a 1010 t-shirt on the filming of College Gameday’s video being shot at USF. Rays talk heats up, as does Pepper’s fantasy team talks. They also introduced a new segment called Bobby’s Bedtime Stories. Before the hour closes, they take some more calls, and talk a bit more about the College Gameday video shoot.

To open the next hour, the guys talk about Tim Donaghy and his punishment, as well as the NBA playoffs and take a call. Where the 2012 Super Bowl will be held is up for talks at the NFL meetings this week, as is the current labor deal in the NFL. They guys take a couple more callers and talks about Lester’s no-hitter. The Tampa Two also talks about how Manchester United is screwing up the finances of the Buccaneers. Also T-Kraz hates soccer, and Pepper tells Kraz how bad he would be if he tried to play soccer, and they get into a big argument about soccer. A crazy story about a Javelin piercing a photographer is brought up to close out the show.
